Proof of Execution (PoE) Desk -- Team Lead
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Reports to: Global Director - Microsoft Operations, dotted line reporting to Compliance organization

Role Purpose
The PoE Desk Team Lead will establish and manage the new Proof of Execution Desk, ensuring all claims for Microsoft-funded services and pre-sales activities meet compliance standards and program guidance. This role provides strategic oversight, operational leadership, and governance for the PoE validation process, partnering with Regional Operations Centers (ROCs), Microsoft HQ team and Compliance to mitigate risk and maintain program integrity.
Key Responsibilities
1.Leadership & Strategy
oAlign processes with Microsoft program requirements and Noventiq compliance objectives.
oDrive continuous improvement and automation opportunities for claim validation workflows.
2.Governance & Risk Management
oEstablish controls to prevent non-compliant submissions, duplication, fragmentation, and rushed engagements.
oMonitor compliance ratios (e.g., pre-sales to post-sales activity ratio) and enforce program best practices.
oEscalate high-risk cases to Compliance and ensure timely resolution.
3.Operational Oversight
oManage PoE Desk team performance, workload distribution, and SLA adherence.
oOversee dashboards and reporting for claim validation, anomalies, and regional performance.
oEnsure ROC handoff processes are standardized and auditable.
4.Stakeholder Engagement
oAct as the primary liaison with Microsoft program teams, Compliance, and ROC leads.
oProvide guidance and feedback to regional teams on claim quality and evolving program requirements.
oRepresent PoE Desk in governance forums and leadership reviews.
5.Training & Enablement
oDevelop and deliver enablement sessions for ROC teams and field claim owners.
oMaintain up-to-date SOPs and quick-reference guides based on Microsoft guidance changes.
6.Reporting & Insights
oProduce regular dashboards and executive summaries on compliance health, risk trends, and operational KPIs.
oRecommend corrective actions and strategic adjustments to leadership.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
5+ years in compliance, incentives operations, or program governance.
Proven experience leading distributed teams and implementing control frameworks.
Advanced analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI); ability to interpret compliance metrics and risk signals.
Preferred / Nice-to-HaveExperience setting up new operational units.
Familiarity with Microsoft business or IT Services business in general.
Knowledge of automation tools and workflow optimization.
