Promotional Venue Manager (arabic & French Speakers)

Job Description
Main job requirements:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations at specific venues
- Leading the teams to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for leads, tours, and sales volume.
- Working with all Managers in the hiring, training, and development of the Promotional Executives.
- Covering for other Manager\xe2\x80\x99s venues during their absence and collaborating with Managers to reach overall departmental targets.
- Responsible for all logistics surrounding the specific promotional venue.
- Conducting post-event evaluation & analysis.
- Provide reliable forecasting and all sales-related figures, as well as daily/weekly/monthly reporting on promotional venue activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Project Management skills.
- Knowledge in sales process.
- Ability to hiring, coach, and mentor.
- Valid driving license and car
- Punctual, Courteous and Presentable.
- Strong Communication Skills and able to build relationships easily.
- Motivated and ability to motivate others.
- Emotional Intelligent.
- Strong Work ethic including ability to manage one\xe2\x80\x99s time.
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to supervise and manage - Promotional Venue Executives
- Higher education is preferred
