We are hiring

Promotional Venue Executives

with prior experience in retail sales, promotions, or real estate. The primary responsibility is to engage with mall or hotel visitors, promote Sobha's real estate projects, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively approach and interact with walk-in visitors at mall/hotel stands Provide brief and clear information about real estate projects Collect accurate client details and enter them into the system Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to arrange site visits Schedule and coordinate at least 25 qualified site visits per month Ensure the kiosk is clean, well-organized, and presentable at all times

Requirements:

Experience in sales, mall promotions, or real estate is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic proficiency in writing emails and follow-ups Comfortable standing for long hours and working independently Willing to work across different mall locations as assigned Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays Target-driven and customer-focused

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
