We are looking for energetic and results-driven Promoters to join our team. As a promoter, you will play a key role in showcasing our real estate projects and driving sales through direct interaction with potential buyers.

Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable property options.
Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital media to raise awareness of the company's offerings.
Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective buyers through face-to-face interactions and networking.
Provide detailed information about property features, pricing, and payment plans to potential clients.
Assist clients in scheduling site visits and accompany them to showcase the properties.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals.
Represent the company professionally at property expos, trade shows, and promotional events.
Gather feedback from potential customers and share insights with the marketing and sales teams.
Stay updated on the company's portfolio and market trends to address client inquiries effectively.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
Experience:
1-2 years of proven experience as a promoter, sales associate, or in a similar role, preferably in real estate.
Other Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events as required.
