Key Responsibilities: Video Content Creation: Create captivating video reels and promotional content to showcase our luxury properties. This includes property walkthroughs, lifestyle videos, and highlighting key features. On-Camera Presence: Serve as the face of the company, presenting properties in a professional and engaging manner. You will be responsible for speaking about the property\'s unique selling points and amenities while maintaining a pleasant and informative tone. Script Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop scripts and talking points for property videos. Ensure accurate and compelling descriptions of each property. Social Media Engagement: Share property videos on various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Interact with the audience by responding to comments and questions. Live Tours: Conduct live video tours of properties, addressing viewer questions and providing real-time insights into the properties. Styling and Presentation: Pay attention to details, ensuring that the properties are well-presented during video shoots. Coordinate with stylists and photographers as needed. Market Research: Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market trends and competitors. Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team for strategy improvements. Collaboration: Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to align video content with sales strategies. Attend property viewings and open houses as needed. Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a model or presenter, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Exceptional on-camera presence with clear and engaging communication skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software and equipment.
• Knowledge of Dubai\'s real estate market is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong social media presence and understanding of various social media platforms.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid work permit in Dubai.
