The role requires being present
in person
at different hotel locations (weekly rotation). The promoter will be the first point of contact for potential customers, ensuring a positive brand image and encouraging them to visit our store.
Responsibilities:
Approach and engage with hotel guests in a friendly and professional way.
Introduce the brand, store, and products.
Hand out discount vouchers and promotional materials.
Guide guests on how to reach the store.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards.
Report feedback and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Strong communication and people skills.
Presentable and confident in approaching new people.
Previous experience in promotions, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
Ability to work on-site (in hotels, weekly changing locations).
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
