Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers to promote products, campaigns, and brand offerings
• Represent GMG brands professionally during all customer and store interactions
• Explain product features, benefits, and promotional offers clearly and persuasively
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new launches and campaigns
• Conduct live product demonstrations to increase customer interest and conversion
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and assigned KPIs
• Ensure correct product display, visibility, and stock availability at assigned locations
• Execute promotional guidelines and merchandising standards consistently
• Deliver excellent customer experience through proactive engagement and service
• Collect customer feedback and share insights or issues with supervisors
• Submit accurate daily reports covering sales performance, activities, and feedback
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of promotional stands, booths, and display areas
• Support brand events, sampling activities, and marketing activations
• Coordinate with sales teams, supervisors, and marketing teams to improve results
• Build positive working relationships with store staff and supervisors
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, reporting standards, and brand policies

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in promotions, sales, retail, or customer service
• Experience in FMCG, electronics, or cookware is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Bachelor's degree is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
• Professional appearance and confident brand representation
