Joel Living Real Estate L.L.C. is seeking a motivated and energetic
Promoter
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing awareness of our real estate projects, generating leads, and supporting marketing efforts both offline and online.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote real estate projects in person at events, exhibitions, and designated areas
Share property information and marketing materials with potential clients
Create and post engaging content across company social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Respond to basic inquiries received through social media and direct serious leads to the sales team
Help increase online visibility and engagement through daily activity on platforms
Maintain knowledge of available properties, pricing, and project updates
Record and report lead generation activities and interactions to the marketing team
Support event setups, booth arrangements, and marketing campaigns as needed
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner
Requirements:
Previous experience in promotions, real estate, or marketing is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in the field and engaging with people
Familiarity with social media platforms and content posting
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends for events when required
Based in Dubai and available for full-time onsite work
