Key Responsibilities - Cosmetics Sales, Product Promotion & Customer Engagement

Promote a range of cosmetic products to customers in retail settings, actively demonstrating key features and benefits to drive interest and conversion. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by adopting consultative selling techniques and identifying customer needs. Deliver excellent customer service by providing knowledgeable advice, answering product-related queries, and ensuring all customers leave satisfied with their experience. Maintain and merchandise displays in accordance with company guidelines for maximum visual appeal and stock availability. Proactively engage with customers to build brand loyalty and communicate ongoing promotions, events, or new product launches. Gather and relay customer feedback to line managers, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and product innovation. Ensure all activities comply with health and safety, data protection, and brand guidelines at all times.

Required Skills - Cosmetics Industry Knowledge, Sales Techniques & Communication

Previous experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, or a promotional environment is preferred. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage confidently with a diverse range of customers. Ability to conduct live product demonstrations and explain features in a clear and engaging manner. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and navigate a fast-paced retail environment. Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and as part of a team towards shared goals.
