The consultant will serve as the key point of contact for entrepreneurs and corporations looking to start or expand operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on suitable business structures (e.g., sole proprietorship, LLC, free zone, mainland, offshore) based on their needs and goals.
Guide clients through the business registration and licensing process.
Coordinate with government departments and free zone authorities for documentation and approvals.
Assist with visa processing, bank account opening, and legal compliance.
Prepare and submit required documentation on behalf of clients.
Stay updated with changes in local laws, regulations, and business setup requirements.
Provide post-setup support, including renewals, amendments, and liquidation if needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Deliver professional customer service and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience (2-5 years) in business setup consulting or corporate services.
Strong understanding of local business laws and company formation procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
