Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee and manage construction projects related totents, car park shades, steel structures, and tensile fabric works
across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and authorities Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Prepare project schedules, method statements, and work programs Ensure compliance with
HSE, QA/QC
, and approved drawings Monitor project cost, progress, variations, and risk Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports Ensure timely approvals from authorities (DM, DDA, ADM, etc.)Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering
Minimum5-7 years UAE experience
as a Project Manager Experience insteel structures, tents, car park shades, pergolas, tensile fabric
is highly preferred Strong knowledge ofAutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
Familiar withUAE authorities' approvals and building codes
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills ValidUAE driving license
(preferred)Salary & Benefits:
