Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Projects Manager with a proven track record in delivering luxury villa developments in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to handover ensuring timely delivery, exceptional quality, and alignment with the brand's luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple luxury villa projects across Dubai from inception to completion Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design excellence and execution Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance Manage client expectations and maintain high levels of satisfaction Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders Resolve project-related issues swiftly and effectively

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master's preferred) Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in luxury villa developments in Dubai Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, permitting processes, and local market dynamics Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills PMP or equivalent certification is a plus Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
