We are
urgently
seeking a highly skilled and experiencedProjects Manager
to oversee and manage our civil construction projects, including warehouses, villas, and multi-storey buildings. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams and deliver projects within timelines and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all civil construction projects from planning to completion.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules, specifications, and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and monitor project performance.
Prepare progress reports and resolve any technical or operational issues.
Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience
in civil construction, specifically in buildingwarehouses, villas, and buildings
.Proven successful project management track record.
Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
