PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full lifecycle of interior design and fit-out projects, including planning, execution, and handover. Collaborate with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans. Supervise sites work to ensure alignment with approved designs, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Manage subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring efficient coordination and compliance with safety standards. Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues. Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders. Ensure all necessary permits, inspections, and approvals are obtained in a timely manner. Lead project handover processes and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

civil engineering

. Minimum of

3-5 years

of project management experience in the

interior fit-out industry

. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, interior finishes, and MEP coordination. Proficiency in project management and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, SketchUp, or similar). Strong understanding of local building codes, health & safety regulations, and permitting processes. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Based in or willing to relocate to

Dubai

Philippine nationals with relevant UAE experience
