Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage real estate development projects from planning to execution. Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution. Review engineering designs, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Work closely with procurement and project management teams to ensure availability of materials and resources. Implement best practices in engineering, construction, and sustainability to optimize project outcomes. Manage and mentor engineering teams, ensuring skill development and performance improvement. Ensure regulatory compliance, obtain necessary approvals, and handle documentation as per UAE laws. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent delays or budget overruns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

(Master's degree is a plus).

10-12 years of total experience

, with at least

8+ years in real estate engineering in the UAE

. Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, building codes, and regulatory approvals. Experience in managing large-scale residential/commercial real estate projects. Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and engineering software. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
