Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager / Operations Manager to oversee the execution and operations of multiple mid-sized construction projects (valued up to AED 100 million). The ideal candidate has a strong background in project delivery, team leadership, and strategic operations within the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple project sites. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget. Develop project execution strategies and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, procurement, and scheduling. Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and government authorities. Implement best practices in safety, quality, and compliance with local regulations. Review contracts and ensure alignment with company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years' experience in the UAE construction sector. Proven track record in leading mid-size projects (AED 10M-100M) from start to handover. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, municipality approvals, and authority coordination. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Salary:

AED 20,000 - 25,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)
