Job Description

Responsibilities & Skills:

Plan, execute, and manage fire protection projects (Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems). Coordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors, and authorities. Prepare project schedules, work programs, and resource plans. Monitor project progress, cost control, variations, and risk management. Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and NAFFCO quality procedures. Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Attend project meetings, site inspections, and authority approvals. Prepare and submit project reports, shop drawings, and technical documentation. Manage testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum

7-10 years

experience in fire protection projects. Strong knowledge of

NFPA standards

, local authority regulations, and civil defense requirements. Proven experience managing large-scale projects in Qatar or GCC. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred). Valid Driving license.
