Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Projects team for Fire Protection Systems.

Plan, organize, and execute projects in compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resources.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Provide technical expertise and resolve project-related issues efficiently.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry codes, and quality standards.

Mentor and guide project engineers and staff to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Certified PMP and QCDD.

Proven experience (minimum 5-8 years) in managing fire protection projects, preferably within the GCC.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

In-depth knowledge of NFPA, Civil Defense regulations, and international fire protection standards.

Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and deliver results.
