Job Description

We are a leading real estate developer in Abu Dhabi, specializing in commercial and residential developments. We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage the full lifecycle of our construction projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge of construction practices in Abu Dhabi, excellent project leadership, and the ability to manage stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects within budget, quality, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Engineering Division and all assigned development projects.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project phases from concept design through to completion and handover.

Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi construction regulations, authority approvals (ADM, DMT, Estidama, Civil Defense, etc.), and international best practices.

Manage and coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Oversee budget preparation, cost control, cash flow, and value engineering initiatives.

Develop and track project schedules to ensure timely completion.

Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Prepare progress reports and present to senior management and stakeholders.

Manage risk, resolve conflicts, and proactively address project challenges.

Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to property management and end-users.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

10-15 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in Abu Dhabi or UAE.

Strong knowledge of local regulations, authority procedures, building codes, and Estidama standards.

Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial and residential developments.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).

Membership in professional bodies (PMP, RICS, PMI) is an advantage.
