The Projects Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end delivery of

Fit-Out and MEP HVAC projects

, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise in interior fit-out, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and HVAC installations, combined with exceptional project management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

Lead, plan, and execute Fit-Out & MEP HVAC projects from initiation to handover. Review project scope, drawings, and technical specifications to prepare execution strategies. Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resource allocation plans.

2. Coordination & Supervision

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

3. Cost & Quality Control

Monitor budgets, control costs, and minimize wastage. Ensure all work meets required quality standards and client expectations. Identify and resolve project issues, technical challenges, and delays proactively.

4. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety codes, and company policies. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, variation orders, and handover files.

5. Team Leadership

Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and technical teams. Foster teamwork, productivity, and a safety-first culture across all project sites.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum

7-10 years

experience in managing Fit-Out and MEP (HVAC) projects in the UAE/GCC. Proven track record of delivering commercial, residential, and retail projects.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chillers, electrical, and plumbing works. Excellent project planning, execution, and risk management skills. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in project management software (MS Project / Primavera) and AutoCAD. Knowledge of local building codes, health & safety, and authority approvals.
