Job Description

Lead the execution of project workstreams, demonstrating expertise and identifying opportunities for process improvement within the assigned tasks. Conduct meetings and presentations with clients, as well as internal managerial and executive stakeholders, showcasing proficiency and confidence in discussing project matters. Collaborate with teams and clients, engaging in negotiations and fostering effective partnerships between leadership. Develop and nurture client relationships, seeking to understand their needs and contributing to their satisfaction. Participate in industry events and associations to broaden professional connections and identify potential growth avenues. Contribute to the identification and pursuit of new business prospects, aligned with the strategic goals of Infra and other Business Units. Drive project analyses, propose actionable plans, and exhibit strong decision-making capabilities. Demonstrate leadership qualities while effectively guiding project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in project management and business development, ideally within consulting or related industries. 20+ years experience in the Middle East region Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of articulating ideas to diverse audiences. Arabic language skills and public sector large scale projects experience is necessary. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions, emphasizing creativity and critical thinking. Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset. Effective verbal and written communication skills for interactions with senior management, clients, and colleagues. Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition and risk appetite. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Developing client management skills and aptitude for business development and negotiation. Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced, and dynamic culture.
