We are looking for a Projects Coordinator - Fit-Out to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support and coordinate interior fit-out projects from planning to handover, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction are met.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with drawings & quality standards.
Assist with procurement, material tracking, and logistics.
Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Act as a point of contact between clients and project teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (preferred).
2-5 years' experience in fit-out or construction projects.
Knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and finishes.
Strong organizational & communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
