Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished

Project/Construction Manager- Mechanical

with a strong background in

EPC oil & gas projects

to lead execution in the Western Region (Ruwais). The successful candidate will oversee full project lifecycle delivery in line with

ADNOC standards

, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion within approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead EPC project execution from design through construction and commissioning. Manage multidisciplinary engineering and site teams to achieve project targets. Oversee mechanical works including

piping, rotating and static equipment

installation. Ensure compliance with

ADNOC specifications, HSE, and QA/QC

standards. Control budgets, cost forecasting, and project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project). Handle contract management, variation claims, and client correspondence. Foster strong relationships with ADNOC and other key project stakeholders. Mentor engineering teams and ensure adherence to project governance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

(UAE Equivalency Certificate required). Minimum

15 years' total experience

, including

10 years in Oil & Gas EPC

. Proven track record in

ADNOC Onshore / Offshore projects

(ADCO, GASCO, etc.).

ADNOC Approval

mandatory. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in

Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD

. Fluent in

English

(Arabic is an advantage).
