Project Technical Manager
Job Description
Oversee all technical aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with design, specifications, and client requirements.
Provide leadership to project teams on engineering and technical matters.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments for smooth execution.
Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standard, and safety regulations.
Support in resolving technical issues and providing value engineering solutions.
Monitor progress and prepare regular technical reports for management and client.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in civil / architecture engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years' experience in a Technical / Project Management role within construction industry.
Strong knowledge of building construction standards, codes, and regulations.
Proven experience in handling large-scale projects in the UAE (Aldar/major developers preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Immediate availability is highly desirable.
