YKM is seeking a highly organized and results-driven
Project Supervisor
to oversee the full lifecycle of supplier-related projects. This role involves managing relationships with key suppliers, coordinating procurement and production timelines, and ensuring the seamless delivery of goods and services in alignment with YKM's quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Coordination:
Manage end-to-end communication and coordination with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Project Planning:
Develop and implement project plans for supplier onboarding, product sourcing, and contract execution.
Performance Monitoring:
Track supplier KPIs (lead time, cost, quality, compliance) and lead performance improvement initiatives.
Risk Management:
Identify supply chain risks and work proactively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure supplier products meet YKM specifications.
Contract Management:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts or service level agreements with suppliers.
Cost Optimization:
Work with the procurement team to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates on project milestones, supplier performance, and risk assessments to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
5 years of experience in UAE project management or supplier/vendor management.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain operations, and logistics.
Proficient in project management tools.
