About the Role:
We are looking for a
Project Supervisor / Recruiter
with a strong background in thehospitality industry
and a solid network of hospitality professionals across Dubai. This hybrid role requires someone who can lead recruitment efforts while also supervising on-ground operations and ensuring smooth project execution.If you are passionate about people, service, and operational excellence -- this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment and selection of hospitality staff (front and back of house). Maintain and grow a strong candidate network across the UAE. Coordinate manpower deployment for client projects and events. Supervise staff performance and ensure service standards are met. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding staffing needs. Support administrative documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in hospitality, recruitment, or operations supervision. Strongnetwork of hospitality professionals
in Dubai. Excellentleadership and communication
skills. Hands-on, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Must becurrently based in the UAE.
