Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment and selection of hospitality staff (front and back of house).
Maintain and grow a strong candidate network across the UAE.
Coordinate manpower deployment for client projects and events.
Supervise staff performance and ensure service standards are met.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding staffing needs.
Support administrative documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in hospitality, recruitment, or operations supervision.
Strong
network of hospitality professionals
in Dubai.
Excellent
leadership and communication
skills.
Hands-on, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Must be
currently based in the UAE.
