Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Project Engineer / Supervisor

to oversee

fit-out and general maintenance works

. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience supervising interior fit-out projects and building maintenance activities, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and compliance with safety standards.

Prepare project layouts, estimates and quotations to the client for

projects Coordinate and handle Civil, Interiors, End of lease projects works. Manage & control a team of workers and responsible for the productivity. Effectively plan & schedule the work to maximize the utility of resources. Should have

good network of sub contractors

required for the projects. Raise material request that is required for uninterrupted work at job site. Allocate work to the workers and to make sure that the assigned work is achieved within the time frame. Ensure the quality of work from the beginning and avoid rework. Reporting about the progress of work and plan the work to come. Coordinate with the client's work target, attend progress meeting and trouble shooting. Maintain qty as per contract, inform about the qty variation to office and to client and arrange for contract amendments. Prepare qty for billing, submit and get the bills certified form the concern personnel. Follow and collect advance payments, progressive payments and final payments from the clients. Enforce safety protocols and ensure use of PPE and safe practices at all times. Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers. Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants, landlords, or municipal authorities.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience as a site/project supervisor in fit-out and/or facility maintenance. Diploma or technical qualification in Civil, Mechanical or a related field. Sound knowledge of fit-out materials, finishing techniques, and MEP services. Strong ability to prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and method statements. UAE driving license is must. Experience working in Dubai is must. Basic MS Office, Auto cad and project reporting skills

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
