is expanding its team and is looking for experienced professionals for diverse civil and interior works across Expo City and other high-profile locations.

Project Engineer / Site Supervisor - Civil Works & Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise civil works including: Gypsum partitions, drywall installations Flooring, tiling, and surface finishes Structural demolitions and modifications Oversee fit-out and interior renovation works: Ceilings, wall finishes, painting Glass, aluminum, and metal works Coordination with MEP trades Read and interpret drawings and specifications Prepare BOQs, material lists, and procurement requests Allocate manpower and manage daily site activities Maintain quality standards and safety compliance Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers Prepare progress reports and project documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design

Minimum

2-8 years of UAE experience

in civil works, fit-out, and interior finishing projects Strong knowledge of Expo City standards and authority regulations (preferred) Excellent communication and coordination skills Valid UAE driving license preferred
