Job Posting Title Project Staff Support lead Summary Summary In general, the role will act as a vocal point of contact for NGHP/HIDC Employees addressing their working condions,daily HR related transactions,and wellbeing programs . The incumbent is accountable to work closely with PMO HR Partner in implementing the HR plans and strategies.He/She will be working closely with MYHR,TCE,TA,Payrol,Project leaders and employees on daily HR matters.

This role will assist the PMO HRBP with complex and specialized administrative tasks including reviewing and interviewing job applications, managing and overseeing records,deliver in site workshops, and generating reports. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

They manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including staffing decisions, employee evaluations, performance reviews, and so on and so forth. Keeping the HRBP and Project LT informed of significant problems that may jeopardise the achievement of project goals. Working collaboratively with a team of HR professionals from different functions locally/globaly (MyHR,Talent Aquision,TCE,L&D,And other HRBPs to plan, run, and deliver projects designed to improve the human resources function in a company. Ensure communicating the list of new joiners to the Onboarding coordinator and HRBP and oversee and audit onboarding process for a dynamic and efficient onboarding experience! Ensuring the sucssesful, employee experience in the site and conduct related porograms that support their woklife balance and development. Responding with coordination with compliance team to all staff enquiries on visa/labour/passport matters Implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems. Maintaining and ensure updating the project manpower data base Follow up on any updates on local laws & regulations and ensure compliance with the same. Attending all employees' queries pertaining to visa and other related processes covering joining and exit process. Support TA team and Project leaders in selecting,intervewing,shortlisting candidates. Oversee and monitor Contegient work force/Secondess framework. Providing a first point of contact for Staff in the site who requires emergency support. Addressing and escalating customer complaints. Providing information about facilities, programs and other services. Collaboration and alignment with the corporate MyHR Compliance team to ensure on-going compliance with all specific government regulations relevant to government relations transactions /activities. Develop and administer employee wellness program and plan for social activities in the site. Coordinates, schedules, tracks, and monitors project activities; escalates issues as appropriate. Administers project management software platform and ensures data quality, timeliness and accuracy is maintained. Supports management in the site to ensure operational excellence and goals are met. Perform other related responsibilities as may be assigned or required.

Very Good verbal/written skills. Strong interpersonal skills are essential. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism. Works well in a team environment and able to maintain confidential information.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Degree in an appropriate Discipline Excellent English and Arabic both spoken and written Extensive experience of the Saudi Visa and Iqama process Extensive experience of working with the Saudi Authorities particularly in legal issues Strong and effective coordinator Organised, disciplined, able to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities and parallel tasks Strong Microsoft software skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint Report writing skills Experience of working in a multicultural project team Experience in KSA Working knowledge of government legislation and polices as well as processes and procedures relating to government required documentation. Well-developed interpersonal communication skills including the ability to perform effectively in a team environment with a strong client focus.
