, is seeking an experiencedProject Specification Manager
specializing inTiles & Slabs, Wall & Floor Coverings, Bathrooms, and Architectural Finishes
.Role Overview:
You will collaborate with
architects, designers, developers, and contractors
to ensure products are accurately specified forresidential, hospitality, and commercial projects
, serving as both atechnical advisor and brand ambassador
.Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with A&D firms, developers, and contractors. Conduct presentations, showroom tours, and training sessions. Provide technical product guidance and specifications. Track projects from design to installation using CRM tools. Stay updated on industry standards, trends, and design innovations.
Requirements:
Degree in
Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
.5+ years' experience
in luxury building materials specifications in the UAE. Strong industry network and deep understanding of the design process. Proficiency in reading drawings/specifications and using CRM tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Job Type: Full-time
