Our client is a training and consultancy company that uses the best practitioners, subject matter experts, and technical trainers from across the world to create and deliver highly specialized, technical, and industry-specific training courses.

They are looking into hiring a \xef\xbb\xbfProject Specialist/Product Manager for their team in Dubai.

Purpose/Function:

• Analyze technical needs, make recommendations, and implement (Project management of new IT)
• Maintain existing IT infrastructure and resolve technical issues.
• Support IT at training events

/Role:

Propose, implement, and manage (Project management) new IT solution

• Understanding business needs
• Researching multiple solutions/vendors
• Implementing and maintaining

Maintain, manage, and upgrade existing IT infrastructure.

• Administration infrastructure
• Training delivery tools and equipment
• Resolve technical issues as they arise and implement improvements to minimize the risk of future business disruptions.
• Coordinate and support IT hardware and software to external customers and internal team members at training events

Requirements/Credentials:

Experience required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/systems operations in the GCC
• Experience within either the training, conference, or events industries in the GCC is an advantage.
• Project management experience
• Worked within small teams.

Education Required: University degree.

Languages Required: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)

• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Ability to travel within the UAE.
• Can work Sunday to Thursday

IT Proficiency/Familiarity/understanding OF:

• LAN and wireless networks
• Applications development process
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Database and networking security systems
• Audio-Video systems
• Microsoft O365 Administration
• Computer hardware
• General OS systems, and programming languages
