About the Role

Curvacraft is seeking a

Project Site Manager

to lead on-site execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about turning design visions into reality. This is a

project-based contract

, with potential for future collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work meets design, quality, and schedule standards. Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Manage authority approvals and ensure full compliance with UAE regulations. ( if Necessary only ) Monitor progress, budgets, and material logistics. Prepare site reports and ensure health & safety standards.

Requirements

UAE experience in interior fit-out site management is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of local

authority approvals

(Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, Trakhees, etc.). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Background in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Architecture preferred.
