Duties:
Personnel Mobilization/Demobilization:
Ensure job descriptions / role profiles are relevant and fit for purpose. Liaise with Hiring Manager on updates where necessary obtaining relevant sign-off from Head of Human Resources.
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using; computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, referrals and recruitment / manpower providers.
Contact candidates to provide them with company operations and facilities overview, benefits and role opportunities.
Screen and refer candidates to hiring managers, making hiring recommendations where appropriate. Conduct psychometric / personality tests where appropriate. Agree candidate selection with hiring manager.
Schedule and manage competency-based candidate interviews, agree selection, gather feedback, prepare Compensation and Benefits benchmark request, and obtain necessary internal and external approvals to proceed with offers of employment. Advise unsuccessful candidates as required.
Obtain the necessary approvals and prepare contracts of employment for successful candidates.
When required, liaise with relevant company departments to manage the mobilisation of out of country candidates, including, but not limited to; Travel, Immigration, and the Company Medical Clinic.
Human Resources:
Ensure all newly joined personnel receive a Company, Functional and HR induction.
Provide practical support to all company personnel in all aspects of on-boarding and socialisation acting as the individual's point of contact.
Ensure all changes to contractual terms and conditions, i.e.; promotions, transfers, contract extensions or closures are managed in a timely and professional manner.
Deliver a range of HR services to personnel and managers in relation to; employee welfare, performance management, succession, managing misconduct and under performance, discipline and grievance.
Ensure Employee leavers receive an exit interview and the exit process is followed.
Ensure all relevant information and HR data is kept up-to-date in personnel files and electronically on Live Link Document Management System.
