Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and manage day-to-day site construction activities
Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and
Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) regulations
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost control to ensure timely completion
Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project execution
Prepare, review, and submit project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
Oversee projects from initiation through completion and successful handover
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum
5 years of UAE experience
in the construction industry
Proven experience in completing
at least 5 full construction projects
from start to handover
Must hold a
valid Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) License
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent
English communication skills
(spoken and written)
Immediate availability
is preferred
