HJ Properties is hiring a

Civil Engineer

for our projects in

Ajman

. We're looking for someone who can manage daily site activities, ensure quality work, and coordinate with project teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate day?to?day construction activities on site to ensure smooth workflow and timely progress. Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant authority regulations. Track project progress and prepare accurate site reports, schedules, and related documentation. Liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to support seamless project execution. Conduct regular site inspections, quality assessments, and measurement checks. Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all site activities. Verify material quality, quantities, and proper utilization in line with project requirements. Assist in project planning, cost monitoring, and managing variations. Support inspections, testing procedures, and the final handover process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 2-5 years of UAE experience in construction or real estate development. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and site execution practices. Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings and BOQs. Knowledge of UAE authority regulations and approval processes is an advantage. Proficiency in basic engineering software tools. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem?solving abilities. Capable of working under pressure and meeting strict project deadlines. Immediate availability is preferred.
