Overview

Responsible for the proper execution and high-quality delivery of construction projects. Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, standards, and timelines. Maintain and update construction documentation, including site diaries, logs, and other project-related records. Coordinate daily activities with contractors and subcontractors, providing instructions and resolving on-site issues. Perform work duties both at the company office and directly on construction sites where projects are carried out. Salary level is determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and professional qualifications.
Job Requirements

University degree in a relevant field. Candidates with or without prior work experience are encouraged to apply. Valid driving license is required. Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, internet usage, and AutoCAD.
