: Project / Site Architect (Supervision Consultant)

Company Overview:
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Site Architect to play a pivotal role in our project supervision team. The successful candidate will be the primary architectural authority on-site, responsible for ensuring that all architectural works are executed to the highest standards of quality, in strict compliance with design specifications, local regulations, and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision & Compliance: Provide continuous oversight of all on-site architectural activities, ensuring strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Technical Review: Review and approve technical submittals, material samples, shop drawings, method statements, and RFIs against contract documents and project standards.
• Coordination & Liaison: Act as the key point of contact for all architectural matters, facilitating seamless coordination between the client, main contractor, sub-contractors, and other discipline engineers (MEP, Structural, etc.).
• Authority Compliance: Ensure all aspects of the project comply with Dubai Municipality and other relevant local authority regulations and procedures.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and proactively implementing solutions to avoid delays.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet the required quality and specifications.
• Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive and accurate site records, including daily reports, inspection requests, and as-built drawings. Support the project closeout and handover process, including the preparation of final snag lists and O&M manuals.

Essential Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in architectural site supervision.
• UAE Experience: A minimum of 5 years of UAE experience working with a consultancy firm is mandatory.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of:
• UAE building codes, regulations, and standard practices.
• Construction methodologies, materials, and interior detailing.
• Authority submission and approval processes in Dubai.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and the MS Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
