Executive Assistant Duties: Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements. and handle confidential correspondence. Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls and responding to emails. Project Secretary Duties: Provide administrative support to project teams. Maintain project documentation and records (e.g., contracts, minutes, logs). Organize and attend project meetings; take and distribute minutes.
