Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Project Sales Specialist to drive our project sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with consultants, contractors, and engineering offices to secure specifications and sales for our range of building materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry (consultants, contractors, developers). Identify and track construction projects to generate new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations. Achieve and exceed sales targets for the project division. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project sales, preferably within the building materials or construction sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must hold a valid Omani driver's license. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
