Role Overview

The Project Sales Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end sales project activities, from client engagement and scope understanding to tender submission. This role requires strong coordination, document management, and communication skills to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project proposals and bids.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Scope Definition

Attend client meetings to understand project scope, technical requirements, and commercial expectations.

o Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.

? Tender & Proposal Management

o Review all RFP documents to ensure completeness and compliance.

o Prepare and compile tender documents, including technical and commercial submissions.

o Coordinate with internal departments to gather required inputs (MEP, QS, Finance, etc.).

o Set and communicate submission deadlines to relevant team members.

Team Coordination o Assign document responsibilities to team members and follow up to ensure timely delivery.

o Track and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure responses are shared with clients promptly.

? Commercial Review o Collaborate with the Finance Manager to verify payment terms, performance bonds, guarantees, and other financial conditions.

o Ensure commercial terms align with company policies and client expectations.

? Submission & Follow-Up

? Submit complete tender packages within the stipulated deadline.

? Maintain records of submissions and client feedback.

? Support post-submission clarifications and negotiations as needed.

FF&E Responsibilities

Maintaining Material Samples Library & Market Intelligence

Pre-Procurement & RFQ Management

Sample Coordination & Client Presentation

Documentation & Procurement

Tracking & Follow-Up Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

? 5-7 years of experience in project sales, tendering, or business development.

? Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes and documentation standards.

? Strong understanding of commercial terms and contract structures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
