We are looking for an experienced
Project QS
with7+ years of UAE experience
to manage cost control, estimation, and contract management for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in commercial, financial, and project management aspects of civil works.Responsibilities:
Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flows Prepare variation orders, progress claims, and payment certificates Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on commercial matters Ensure compliance with contracts, UAE standards, and authority requirements Assist in project planning and resource management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering Minimum 7 years of UAE experience as a Project QS Strong knowledge of contract management, estimation, and cost control Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
