Project Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for fit-out projects.
Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to budget.
Manage procurement processes, including material sourcing and vendor negotiations.
Review and evaluate contract documents, including scope of work, terms, and conditions.
Conduct regular cost analysis and provide financial reports to the project team.
Assist in preparing and submitting variations, claims, and cost reports.

Requirements :

BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and procurement processes.
Familiarity with UAE construction industry standards and regulations.
Experience in Fit-Out Works is essential.
