Job Description
We are hiring an experienced
QS
to manage commercial and contractual activities for our scaffolding projects.Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify quantities, BOQs, and material take?offs Handle post?contract activities including variations, claims, and cost control Review site progress and prepare monthly valuations and invoices Coordinate with project and site teams for accurate measurement and documentation Maintain commercial records and support contract administration
Requirements:
5 years' QS experience in scaffolding or construction Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and site measurement Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills Immediate joiners preferred
