Job Description
We are looking for a
motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to construction and civil engineering projects, from initial estimates to final accounts, ensuring value for money while meeting quality standards.Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities. Conduct cost analysis and manage project budgets. Negotiate with contractors and suppliers. Prepare and review contracts, tenders, and progress reports. Monitor project progress and provide accurate financial reporting. Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
