Project Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Responsible for managing all costs relating to construction projects, from initial estimates to final accounts. Ensures projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality standards. Key duties include:
Prepare detailed QS lists and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for the procurement team.
Carry out accurate material take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
Provide cost estimates to support budgeting and procurement planning.
Coordinate closely with project managers, design, and operations teams for requirement validation.
Submit timely and precise material requirements to the procurement team.
Monitor quantities to ensure cost control and minimize wastage.
Support procurement in evaluating material specifications and supplier quotations.
Ensure smooth flow of information between QS, procurement, and site teams for efficient project execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
