Job Description

We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented

Quantity Surveyors

to support our construction and architecture projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQs, cost estimations, and managing project finances to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications Perform accurate quantity take-offs and material estimations Analyze and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Monitor project budgets, costs, and track variations and changes Assist in contract administration, valuations, and cost reporting Liaise with project teams, clients, and consultants to ensure transparency in cost control Support tendering processes and value engineering exercises Prepare interim payment applications and final settlement reports

Desired Profile:



3-6 years of experience in quantity surveying within construction or architectural projects in the UAE Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off software Strong understanding of project costing, procurement, and contract terms Excellent analytical and numerical skills Attention to detail with strong reporting and documentation abilities Ability to work independently and under pressure
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
