Job Description
Full-Time Position \xe2\x88\x99 Estimating quantities, costs, and time scales for material and labor. \xe2\x88\x99 BoQ preparation. \xe2\x88\x99 Preparing Tender and Contract documents \xe2\x88\x99 Update BoQ along with changes in the drawings and specifications. \xe2\x88\x99 Value Engineering. \xe2\x88\x99 Liaise with Project Management and Fabrication teams to establish cost-effective solutions to meet the budget Education Bachelor\'s (or higher). University Degree in Architecture Engineering field and/or internationally recognized certifications relevant to Cost Engineering, preferably with RICS Certificate Work experience Minimum 5 years in QS RC superstructures and QS fit-out, Villa finishing materials . Experience with BIM-based 3D takeoff Experience with Revit Experience with specialized QS software. (Not MS Excel) Very Good oral and written communication skills. MEP QS experience is a big plus. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- AutoDesk Revit: 5 years (Preferred)
- QS Software (CostEx, CostOs, Planswift, Bexel: 5 years (Preferred)
- MEP QS: 3 years (Preferred)
- BIM based 3D Takeoff: 5 years (Preferred)
- English (Required)
- RICS (Preferred)
