Job Description
We are looking for a
Project Quantity Surveyor
with experience inwater infrastructure and distribution networks
.Requirements:
Civil Engineering background (B.E/B.Tech) 3-4 years' experience in similar projects Experience in
cost management
,tenders
,BOQs
,variation claims
, andcontract administration
Ability to readIFC and shop drawings
Strong knowledge ofFIDIC
and subcontract agreements Proficiency inExcel (advanced)
,AutoCAD/Bluebeam
, andERP
is preferredResponsibilities:
Prepare and review BOQs for pipelines, chambers, valves, GRP/D.I works Handle pre- and post-contract activities Prepare cost estimates, payment certificates, and support variations & claims Coordinate with PM, site teams, and procurement Monitor project costs and payment terms should be able to certified subcontractor payment application

Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communication Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Ready to join Immediately
