Job Description

We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in water infrastructure projects and a proven track record in cost management and contract administration.

Key Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience Key Responsibilities: Handle pre-contract and post-contract activities Lead tender processes and coordinate submission of tender deliverables Manage multiple projects simultaneously Read and interpret IFC and shop drawings Prepare and validate detailed BOQs for pipelines, chambers, valves, GRP/D.I. works Develop cost plans, forecasts, and analyze unit rates for trenching, ducting, concrete encasement, etc. Prepare and defend variation submissions based on approved shop drawings Strong knowledge of FIDIC, bespoke contracts, and subcontract terms Proficient in Candy, Cost, Excel (advanced), ERP systems Use AutoCAD or Bluebeam for quantity take-offs Draft and review clauses related to delays, termination, insurance, and scope creep Lead cost control teams and coordinate with PMs, engineers, and procurement Ensure alignment of contract and project reviews with commercial and operational targets Track and report on payment terms, project expenditures, and financial performance Prepare cost estimates, manage progressive payments, and support variations, claims, and invoicing Attend site and client meetings as
