Requirements:
Education:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 4-6 years of MEP quantity surveying and estimation experience in construction (GCC experience preferred).
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of MEP systems, codes, and construction practices.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
,
MS Excel
, and
estimation software
(e.g., PlanSwift, CostX, Bluebeam).
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local contract practices.
